Nick Youjongdee - Executive Chef/Owner

Nick is a native of Bangkok, Thailand and now resides in Cherry Hill, NJ. He acquired his B.S in Business Administration at Drexel University, and is a Microsoft Certified Professional. Before, during, and after his extensive schooling, Nick honed is culinary skills while tutoring under his father, Nam. Nam is the proud owner and chef of his own French restaurant, the ‘Gourmet’, a landmark Philadelphia eatery for over a quarter-century. Nick’s ambition, however, was to open and operate his own successful restaurant. En Voila!, on December 8, 2005 Nick’s dream finally came true. Posh opened its doors with abandon and suddenly Nick and his wife Anna's concept became a reality. Nick’s modernized version of traditional French Fare combined with a touch of ‘Old World’ Asian Fusion results in an incredibly unique and exciting menu. Chef Nick Youjongdee treats each dish as a blank canvas, destined to become a Masterpiece!

Carlos Orellana - Bar Manager

Carlos, who now resides in Mt. Laurel, NJ, originally hails from Honduras. A former Bar Manager of the “River Rock” on Delaware Ave.; and the “Fiso Lounge” in Center City, Carlos was once an agent for women’s clothing and apparel outlets overseas. Like a mad scientist behind the bar, Carlos, an expert mixologist, created our entire exotic martini menu, and personally selected the vintages that comprise our elaborate list of fine wines. Carlos' easy going personality and dry sense of humor make him a natural in the Bar Business!
